How do I know which part I need?
Three ways: search by your appliance's model name (e.g. 'Dolphin M200'), search by part number if you have it (usually printed on the old part), or open the technical drawing of your appliance and click the matching number. Photo upload is coming soon too: take a photo of the broken part and we'll match it for you.
What's the delivery time?
By default 2–5 working days within the Netherlands. Orders placed before 15:00 leave our warehouse the same day. Less common parts may take longer to deliver — this is shown on the product page.
Can I return items?
Yes. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal: return parts unused and in their original packaging. Separate terms apply for businesses, which we agree with you at account level. See also our terms and conditions.
Do you also carry parts for spas or ponds?
We're building that out. Alongside pools, we're working on a full range for spa (whirlpools/jacuzzis) and pond. Not every part is online yet — use the spa and pond pages to tell us what you're looking for, and we'll help you personally.
My part isn't in the catalogue. What now?
Get in touch via the contact form with as much detail as possible (model name, part number, a photo of the drawing if you have one). We're continuously expanding the catalogue, and your request helps us prioritise.
How does the B2B portal work?
Pool builders, installers and service companies can apply for a B2B account via /b2b. After verification you get your own discount percentage on the whole catalogue, access to invoice-on-account payment and — eventually — installation-bound order lists and fast reorders.
